Experience luxury with the Caviar Tapas, where creative pairings elevate every bite. Start with caviar taramasalata, a creamy “fish roe” dip served with fresh vegetables. Along with veal dumplings, squid ink dumplings filled with veal in a champagne caviar sauce. For a main, the linguine al caviale combines squid ink pasta with a rich black caviar sauce. Finish with the molten lava cake, blending warm chocolate and vanilla ice cream with a hint of caviar for a sweet-savory treat.
Afternoon Tea
The hallmark of an afternoon tea featuring gourmet delectable scones, canapés, macarons, croissants, and of course, caviar. Available daily from 12pm-4pm.
Caviar Tasting Experience
A nightly tasting experience at Number One Caviar Boutique in 14 Wall Street. Join us for a palatable and educational caviar tasting hosted by our Chef from 7pm-10pm! Reservations encouraged.
