Our Sturgeon Caviar Farms specialize in producing caviar from Kaluga, Osetra, and Siberian Sturgeon, using sustainable farming methods. Sturgeons have been a part of the local culture for centuries and are not only an important food source, but also provide a unique flavor and texture that is highly prized by caviar connoisseurs. Our farms are carefully regulated to ensure that the sturgeon are not overfished, and that the local environment is not harmed.
