RETURN POLICY

We take pride in offering the highest quality products and exceptional customer service. However, we understand that sometimes returns are necessary, and we have developed the following return policy to ensure your satisfaction:


Returns are accepted for any item that is damaged or not as described upon receipt of the package. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us at (347) 708-7277 within 24 hours of receiving your package to request a return authorization number. Any returns made without a return authorization number will not be accepted.


All perishable products must be shipped back to us properly packed with FROZEN gel ice in an insulated shipping box via FedEx® Priority Overnight. We will make arrangements to pick up the package for return to us. The product must be received at or below 39 degrees by FDA regulations in order to receive a full refund less shipping and handling charges.


Please note that we cannot accept returns for any products that have been opened or consumed, as our products are perishable and cannot be resold.

We reserve the right to deny any returns that do not meet the above criteria. If your return is approved, we will issue a refund to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days of receipt of the returned product.
