Our Payss Pressed Osetra Caviar is made from premium Osetra sturgeon roe that’s lightly salted and carefully pressed to create a richer, more concentrated flavor.
Unlike traditional caviar with individual pearls that pop, pressed caviar is smooth and spreadable, offering a deeper, more intense umami taste in a smaller amount. It’s bold, practical, and incredibly versatile.
Texture & Flavor: Dense and smooth with a rich, briny depth and nutty Osetra finish. Best enjoyed on warm toast, blinis with crème fraîche, stirred into pasta, or straight from the tin.
