Sourced from the pristine waters of Azerbaijan, this set is a rare deep dive into the world’s finest sturgeon, made by legendary Azeri Craftsmen using traditional recipe and knowledge. Sturgeon farming takes time and patience. After many years of raising sturgeon in Azeri waters in the Caspian Sea basin, finally small batches of caviar are now available for the U.S. market. 

This is a strictly limited edition set featuring our highest-tier premium grades.

What’s Inside (Five 1oz Tins):

• Diamond Beluga (HUS x NUD): The rarest of the rare. Huge pearls, buttery finish. Shiny Gray color

• Royal Beluga (HUS x STE): Beluga crossed with a smaller sturgeon type: Sterlet. Darker color and smaller pearls but rich and delicate taste. 

• Premium Sturgeon (GUE x BAE): A hybrid species crossbread of a Russian and Siberian Sturgeon. Medium sized pearls. Unique sturgeon, not commonly found. 

• Premium Osetra (GUE): classic taste, medium sized pearls - commonly known as Osetra, from the Caspian Sea waters.

• Royal Persian (PER): rare species native to the Caspian Sea, nutty pop in terms of flavor profile.
